The Charity raises funding for five London hospitals; there are 1600 artworks by contemporary practitioners in the collection. “These serve to provide a welcoming and warm environment for patients, staff and visitors in what might otherwise be stark surroundings,” says a spokesperson.

The works by Boshier, from 1979 to 2008, will be exhibited  in the main reception of Charing Cross Hospital in Fulham, west London from Wednesday (March 25).
