70s fashion: Ika in Ossie + Celia by Herb – but whose are the shoes?

Here’s another gem from Herb Schmitz’s photographic goldmine: model Ika Hindley at west London restaurant Julie’s in an early 70s shoot for Dutch agency Kippa.

Vintage experts Liz Eggleston, Mark + Cleo from C20 Vintage and Deborah Woolf took next to no time to identify the silk chiffon dress as an Ossie Clark/Celia Birtwell creation, one of the three tulip print variations as displayed in Dominic Lutyens’ Birtwell bio.

But whose are the shoes in Herb’s shot?
I wondered whether they might be one-offs from the late lamented Tommy Roberts’ City Lights Studios, since, in terms of statement, they resemble those from the store in the photograph below.

But I may well be off the mark. Ideas, random guesses and hard info gratefully accepted.
